Chips & Salsa

You Will Need:

1 Bag of Tortilla Chips
1 Jar of Georgia Peach World Salsa

Available Salsas:

Vidalia Onion Golden Peach Salsa
Vidalia Onion Fiesta Salsa
Peach Salsa
Vidalia Onion Red Peach Salsa

You Will Need:

Shredded Chicken Breast
Cheddar & Jack Cheese
Flour Tortillas
Vidalia Onion Fiesta Salsa 

Common Add Ins:

Bell Pepper


1.  In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter and add large flour tortilla on medium heat.
2. On half of the tortilla add cooked shredded chicken, cheese, and any additional add ons.
3. Flip quesadilla to toast tortilla and melt cheese.

Shredded Chicken & Cheese Quesadilla

Jalapeno Pepper Poppers

You Will Need:

Cream Cheese
Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce
Cheese (Optional)


1. Cut Jalapenoes in half, scooping out the seeds and stems
2. Add a dollop of cream cheese
3. Drizzle some Vidalia Onion Hot Sauce on top
4. Add cheese if you'd like
5. Wrap in bacon and secure with a toothpick. 
6. Throw on the top rack to sizzle while you grill your chicken. 

You Will Need:

Your choice cuts of chicken
Sweet Heat pecans
Breadcrumbs (optional)


1. Beat eggs thoroughly
2. Grind Sweet Heat Pecans and add your choice of breadcrumbs
3. Flour your chicken on both sides, and dip into egg bath
4. Add Sweet Heat Pecan crumble
5. Throw onto grill and cook thoroughly
6. Add a Smoky Peach Barbecue or Moonshine Madness Barbecue sauce to taste.
