Our nephew from Ohio drives a huge diesel tanker and drove down to supply to workers during the hurricanes. He stayed with us a couple of nights. He brought us some peach cider. I have never tasted it before but we loved it. I bought these 3 bottles for Christmas gifts.

This dressing is a beautiful balance of peach sweetness and mild vinaigrette! Nothing compares to this dressing in a summer salad with fruit and toasted pecans!
