You’ll need: Mix and rub the following ingredients on your salmon: - 1 tbsp. Pecan Oil (or your oil of choice)
- 1 tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 tbsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tbsp. Salt & 1/2 tbsp. Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp. Chili Powder
Let the salmon and rub marinate, and then bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Pour some of Georgia Peach World’s Peach Salsa on top of the salmon and serve on a bed of chow chow and your favorite rice. We recommend our golden peach salsa since it makes great fish tacos!
